NEW ZEALAND: The family of Shirley Curtis is seeking answers surrounding her medication overdose death on April 27th. So far, they’ve met with The Wall of Silence, an infamous and commonly used tactic used by hospitals to discourage families from asking questions, and escape public accountability for sub-standard care.
